Lumineers
Lumineers are a brand of porcelain veneers that don't require tooth reduction to permanently whiten and perfectly align your smile. Traditional veneers require the removal of a varying amount of tooth structure to ensure the veneers lie flat and look natural. Lumineers are thinner than traditional veneers, so they can be bonded directly to the tooth enamel.
Lumineers are a conservative option, because they will allow you to return to your natural smile in the future if you desire. However, Lumineers are not for everyone. Dr. Do and Dr. Choy will determine if they're right for you based on a number of circumstances such as tooth shape, alignment, shade, and other variables. If we find that Lumineers will give you the smile you've always wanted, we can place them in just a few visits, often without the use of anesthesia.
